 Texas NFA Trust...who does em?

Just as the title says, I'm looking to get a trust written up for NFA items. I remember seeing that someone on the board does them, just can't remember who. PM's are fine if you'd rather not post.

I'm just north of Dallas.

How long does it take for the trust paperwork to be finalized so you can go start your class 3 paperwork?

Go to the nfa section,

200 bucks would be the most.

People here spent 300 bucks and all they got was a copy of quicken.

I bet most can do it in a few days depending on how busy their office is.

Just an update...Chris Bass had my trust to me in less than a week. This took about a 15 minute phone call, a few minutes exchanging a couple emails, and I was in business. Highly recommended for the efficient process and friendly service.

Neat!

My sister is an attorney and so is my brother in law and I get free legal everything but I still paid yet another attorney to draw up an NFA Trust. My problem is that I have so much cash laying around that I'm having problems finding places to store it so I go and blow it on frivolous stuff like lawyers and shit.

Your sister and BIL were not doing trust for you? Or NFA trust is just a different animal?
BTW...Sending your cash my way, I can keep it for you.

Larry Young, less than 1 week turn-around. $444, awesome dude, owns several NFA goodies too.

PM me for contact info, not sure if he wants it published online or not.

They were in the middle of a big case when I decided I wanted one and I wanted it NFA specific and I didn't want to wait.

Is this recently or in the past? I also did quicken willmaker and mine was sent in Oct 19. I called Monday and they said I would be lucky to have mine back by the end of April. Fucking government.

What kind of trust you use (or even if you use a trust at all) really has no effect on the wait time (unless your trust is invalid and the ATF notices).

Chris did mine and the turnaround was super fast! Time to go suppressor shopping. I highly recommend him. Any recommendations for a 5.56/223 QD suppressor with included attachment that's sold in the DFW area?

printed the trust out in July 2011 had it notorized the same day I printed it out . went pending about two weeks later.. or was the check cashed two weeks later?i assume it went pending at the time te checks were cashed.

then three days later i talked my self into an SBR and printed out the forms and sent a check along with another copy of my trust < same copy i had sent over 3 days before >

Dec 2011 my stamps came in.
