Bought a 40 footer a few years ago from hugg and hall in little rock. $3000 or so delivered to south Arkansas.

I've heard that they are cheaper in Memphis (around $1000?? a few years ago), but then you have to haul them yourself. I heard that even a diesel pickup strains to pull one on a flatbed trailer, then you'd need something to pull it onto and off the trailer, then position it.

I've heard the same thing with in the past few months. I've been meaning to look into it. I think a 20 footer would make a pretty bad ass "cabin" at deer camp.
