just wondering if the YHM 7.62 brake/suppressor combo works well to reduce recoil?
i know people say the surefire brake/suppressor combo works well, but they're out of my range.
specifically going to be using this on a lightweight 300 blk if i go this route.

the brake sure is funny looking but if it works i won't be concerned a bit.
pretty sure once the suppressor is attached it'll cut even more recoil, right?

Someone else on here probably has a more exact figure but I was under the impression a suppressor cuts recoil by 70-80%

I'm halfway there, just waiting on my Ti can(Jan/Feb of next year)

And yes the brake really does work.

Look at silencer shop for great prices.

I demo'd an SS Phantom on my 9" .300blk and noted at least a 50% reduction in felt recoil. I should have my Ti in the November/December time frame although I do have "visitation" privileges in the meantime.

man, you guys are pretty convincing. 50-80%!
and on that bolt action that thing looks sweet!

If you're using it primarily on a 300 upper you'll not really notice much recoil anyway.

I have my 762 QD brakes on my Noveske 300 and a 10.5" 762x39.

I have the 762 brake on my Savage 308 and it does work to reduce recoil,

I am also waiting on my 762 Ti about 6 months from now or so
